WSFRL Update

August09/ 2015

It was a revised course for this week’s Highdown hike in Worthing, with the gruelling uphill finish replaced with a more appealing finish line down at the bottom of the hill.
Ewan Dunlop continued his good form with a second place in the race. James Walker and Adrian Scott also both finished in the top twenty places.

In the handicap competition most of the front-runners took part. Mags Newton was first narrowly ahead of Scott Chinchen and both move up the points table to second and third places respectively.
Adrian Scott still leads the way and improved his points total with fourth place.

I am now collecting entries for the next two races. The first of these is next Sunday 16th Aug at Tilgate Park in Crawley. I will be sending the entry list at 12 noon on Thursday 13th for this one.
The second race is the Hove Hornets Stinger at Waterhall in Brighton on the following Sunday 23rd Aug. Names for this race by 12 noon on the 20th please.

Note: There was a mistake in the points calculations for the last race which has been corrected in the latest table.
