Hate training on your own at the weekend??

Would you like to do some group training over the Downs during the winter months to develop endurance and strength?

If so, it would be great to re-start the Sunday morning long runs from the clubhouse (distance varies between 10 and 14 miles) as soon as possible.

The runs will start at 8:45 (yes a.m.!) and we will even consider having hot drinks & snacks on the odd occasion when we return.
