FREE Runners Injury Prevention Sessions

Physical Revolution (the people that provided the end of race massage at the stinger and the talks at the club) are running monthly runners injury prevention circuits sessions. The next one of these is on Saturday 21st March at 9:30am. Full details can be found here

These are aimed at beginner and intermediate runners who are returning from injury or wish to reduce their risk of injury and prepare their bodies for running

It will be a FREE once monthly circuits class where you will learn how to strengthen your body (core, hips, lower limbs) and increase your flexibility to reduce your injury risk and improve your running times.
