Dust off your bike and grab your shoes for the first club event of 2015!
All abilities and newbies welcome for a 4.8k run down the high street and back, jump on the bike and do two laps around the bypass (approx 11km) and then a second run twice around the leisure centre to complete (2k).
Please send me your names or sign up at swimming or running on Wednesday and Thursday.
Please be ready for briefing at 7.45 for start at 8 before high street gets busy.
Any willing helpers to help take times and splits would be most welcome. I need at least four.
