Local athlete Sophia Warner, who is sponsored by Chandlers Brighton and has presented prizes at the Roundhill Romp qualified for the Paralympic Games after years of dedicated training and hard work.
Sophia is competing in two events during the Games which take place as follows:
T35 200m – 31st August – 8.15pm
T35 100m – 7th September – 7.24pm
Both these events will be straight finals with no qualifying round first.
Sophia emailed Chandlers last week on her way to the Olympic village and she couldn’t be more focused and ready for these races.
Lets hope we can cheer Sophia on during her events and look forward to seeing a medal!
