As part of my route back to fitness I thought I might try and do the cross countries as they are nice and short!
Is anyone interested in putting a women’s team in for the Goodwood Relays (3 per team) on 29th Sep? Race is at 1.30 pm. Each team member runs 4000m in a relay. You can put in vets teams too (o35, o45 etc). Someone may be interested in organising a mens team…
Closing date is next Tuesday, so please let me know asap if you want to run. I have never done this event, but I think it is quite good and lots to watch. Only £7.50 per team.
