It is the first of the four Sussex Cross Countries this Saturday at Goodwood. We did so well putting in two women’s teams for the recent relays that I am sure we can also muster up at least one team for Saturday! We need three in a team to score and you can have more than one team. Incomplete teams count too and you score as an individual in your age category eg; O35, O45 as well. The women’s race is 5k and starts at 2.05 pm, opposite Goodwood race course, PO18 OPS. I cannot lift share, sorry, but I am sure that others will.
Antony and Tom Coates are running in the men’s race at 2.30 pm (8k), they still need at least two more men of any age to make a team. Please contact Antony ab@wmclegal.co.uk
